O&M Team at PP 11 Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

PP 11 power plant located 135 Km’s west of Riyadh - PP 12 and PP 13 two power plants under construction next to PP11.

Majority of the O&M team lives in the living compound next to the power plant in the middle of the desert. These tough living conditions bring more challenges in retention of staff, therefore we tailored our HR package in order to ensure employees can balance their family with their professional life. 

We are continuously working in the refurbishment of our living compound in order to improve compound resident’s life. Different satellite packages for the different nationalities and individual tastes are provided. Each employee / resident has a laptop computer and internet in his accommodation, furthermore catering in the living compound provides at least few “HOME” dishes for everyone per week.
